Reach Out
Fill out our Travel Inquiry Form with your preferences and trip details. Our team will review it and begin crafting your personalized travel experience.

Discuss Your Trips
After receiving your travel inquiry form, you’ll be sent an email that includes a link to schedule a time for us to discuss your trip’s “must haves”. We promise, it won’t take long! We’ll get to know each other, your travel style, and share how we work so that you can select the planning option that best suits your needs. Once the invoice for the selected option is paid, your travel advisor will begin creating your proposal.

Review Your Proposal
Based on our conversation, we will compile a quote that we believe encompasses what you are looking for. We will take insights from the intake call and apply our knowledge to create a proposal that we think meets all your travel wishes. We thrive on timely feedback during this stage of the planning process.
04.
Secure Trip and Client Agreement
Once you approve your proposal, we will send you an invoice to secure the trip and our client agreement. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the vendor/supplier/partner that the trip is booked through.

We’re excited to help you bring your dream vacation to life. Our travel consultation service is the first step in crafting a personalized and seamless experience, uniquely tailored to your needs and preferences.
During your 30-minute one-on-one session with our expert, we’ll:
– Understand your travel goals and preferences
– Provide destination suggestions
– Explore itinerary options for up to two countries
– Discuss the best accommodations, tours, and experiences
– Answer your questions and offer professional guidance
At the end of the session, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your customized trip plan.
